NEC required an enterprise-level Content Management
System in order to rationalise all legacy corporate sites into a new platform which could power both the NEC Europe intranet and portal, to be developed in parallel, working closely with key decision makers. This required a flexible and robust solution, based on Immediacy CMS due to its excellent extensibility features, full.NET integration and widespread corporate usage. It also offered a user friendly editing interface with full control over editorial access and processes, as well a support for an enterprise level hosting platform.
