Website Redesign London

A future-fit web design

We held nothing back on this refresh for the London magazine angels and urchins, and the result is a clean, contemporary and sophisticated look which now resembles Tatler and Vogue, rather than a slightly out-dated website which looked a little lack-lustre and tired.

Best of all, this site will now last another few years without the need for a costly redesign process and should drive more magazine subscriptions as a result of the visual magazine thumbnail cover which we added in the header.

Our strategy

A light touch on CSS and cost, with a big impact on design

By understanding the CSS and framework of the front-end code, we were able to recommend and implement design changes that were super-fast to do. We used colour and subtle font changes which resulted in a sophisticated site with a clear and attractive new brand identity. It’s now much easier to navigate your way around the wealth of information and tips on offer, simply because it looks and feels so much better!

The best thing of all, was that rather than completely rebuilding or going back to the canvas to mock up and work out a whole new design, we worked over the top of the existing layout, changing fonts, colours and UI elements. None of the backend code was touched (the .net c# etc). Well actually, it was only changed to add a nifty new magazine cover on the header with a strong call to action to subscribe. Job done – and in record time! Who says you can’t be creative and quick!
